These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website iitcllc.com and the purchase of services from INOUTBIT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANTS LLC ("INOUTBIT", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered and operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By browsing our website, submitting an enquiry, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

INOUTBIT provides professional digital marketing and business growth services, including but not limited to:

• Real estate lead generation (raw, verified, and video-content packages).
• Search engine optimization (SEO).
• Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising management.
• Social media marketing.
• Website design and development.
• Email marketing.
• Analytics and reporting.
• Video production and marketing.
• Brand identity and design.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope depend on the package selected at checkout or agreed in writing. Service descriptions on our website are summaries; detailed fulfilment may require additional onboarding information from you after payment.

Our services are offered to businesses, agencies, brokers, developers, and professionals. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have authority to bind your organization (if applicable), and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Lead generation packages are sold on a per-lead basis with minimum order quantities (MOQ) as shown on the relevant service page. The total due at checkout reflects unit price multiplied by the applicable MOQ or selected quantity.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed. The price charged at successful payment is the binding amount for that transaction.

We accept payments through:

• Stripe Checkout (credit/debit cards and supported Stripe payment methods) — processed securely by Stripe.
• Bank wire transfer to our business account, where offered or agreed for specific orders.

Online card payments are completed at the time of checkout. Bank transfer orders may require payment confirmation before work or lead delivery begins. You are responsible for any bank fees charged by your financial institution.

Lead generation: Delivery timelines depend on package type, target market, and volume ordered. After payment confirmation, we will contact you using the email and phone provided to collect any required targeting details. Typical delivery begins within the timeframe communicated at onboarding unless otherwise agreed.

Marketing services: SEO, PPC, social media, email, video, branding, web development, and analytics engagements begin after payment and receipt of necessary access, assets, or briefs from you. Ongoing retainers run for the purchased duration (e.g. 1 month, 3 months).

Delays caused by incomplete information, late client approvals, third-party platform restrictions, or force majeure events may extend timelines without liability to INOUTBIT.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact, billing, and project information.
• Respond promptly to requests for creatives, approvals, logins, or targeting details.
• Ensure you have rights to any content, logos, or materials you supply to us.
• Use delivered leads and marketing outputs in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Maintain confidentiality of any non-public business information shared by INOUTBIT where applicable.

Lead generation services provide business contact information for prospecting purposes. While we strive to deliver high-quality, relevant leads, we do not guarantee conversion rates, sales outcomes, contact accuracy at all times, or that every lead will meet your specific expectations.

You are solely responsible for how you contact, store, and process leads after delivery, including compliance with data protection, anti-spam, telemarketing, and real estate advertising regulations in your market.

Due to the custom and digital nature of our services:

• Lead packages: refunds are generally not available once lead research, verification, or delivery has started. If we fail to deliver the purchased quantity, we will work in good faith to fulfil the order or offer a proportional remedy.
• Marketing retainers: cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Fees for work already performed or the current billing period may not be refundable.
• Initial setup fees: non-refundable once onboarding or setup work has commenced.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges: contact us within 14 days at info@iitcllc.com with your order reference.

Refund decisions are made at INOUTBIT's reasonable discretion and in accordance with applicable UAE consumer and commercial laws.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, INOUTBIT retains ownership of its methodologies, templates, tools, and pre-existing materials. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables created specifically for their project (e.g. ad creatives, reports, website code, video files) for their business purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense INOUTBIT deliverables as a standalone product without written consent. Our brand, logo, and website content remain the property of INOUTBIT.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or financial information received during the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to perform the services.

You may not use our website or services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or unauthorized payment activity.
• Harass, spam, or unlawfully contact individuals using purchased data.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer our website or systems.
• Resell leads or deliverables in breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for violations of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, INOUTBIT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific order shall not exceed the amount you paid to INOUTBIT for that order in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INOUTBIT, its directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of delivered leads, your marketing activities, content you provide, or your breach of these Terms.

Many services involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Stripe, email providers, or hosting services. INOUTBIT is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or actions taken by those third parties. You are responsible for complying with their terms of use.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
